Decisions

• No moves on Dart yet. Why: an MCL sprain usually costs two to six weeks, and we only need a second quarterback in Week 7 when Josh Allen has his bye, so there is time to see the exam results before spending $3.
• No waiver adds. Why: the most-added players are fill-ins for other teams' injuries and none beats what we already start.
